| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省21所高校就业指导工作现状的问卷调查，发现目前高校大学生就业指导存在着机构不全、队伍不齐、内容安排不够丰富、方式方法过于简单、指导对象仅限于毕业生等问题。为此，应进一步加强对大学生就业指导工作的重视，构建科学的、专门化的大学生就业指导体系，提高就业指导的实效。
