| 摘 要： | 产品数据管理（PDM）是并行工程（CE）的支持技术之一，它保证了企业的各个部门能够并行地设计产品并实现信息的共享。在讨论产品数据管理和并行工程的关系的基础上，介绍了一个正在开发的产品数据管理系统。
