| 摘 要： | 饭店管理作为一门新兴的学科,也是一门应用性很强的学科,必须突破传统教学观念,进行改革才能适应市场的要求。美国哈佛大学心理学家布鲁纳的认知发现理论是值得特别重视的一种学习理论,主要体现在强调学习的主动性,强调已有认知结构、学习内容的结构、学生独立思考等,对饭店管理教学有着重要的启发意义。

| Abstract: | The hotel management course is a new subject,with a wide range of application.So in order to meet the needs of market,the traditional way of teaching has to be reformed.J.S.Bruner’s cognitive discovery theory has a great enlightening impact on the hotel management teaching,emphasizing on learning initiative,existing cognitive structure,the structure of learning content,student independent thinking,etc. |
