摘    要:基于刚性水锤理论,分析贯流泵站的泵装置水力特性、泵机组动力学特性.运用最小二乘曲面拟合方法仿真模拟r水泵特性曲线,并将水泵瞬态扬程分解为稳态扬程和惯性水头扬程,相应的水阻力力矩、推力轴承摩擦力矩也分解为稳态力矩和惯性水头引起的附加力矩,建立贯流泵站启动过渡过程计算的有限差分非线性方程组.采用牛顿-莱福森(Newton-Raphson)迭代法对方程组进行求解.利用该数学模型对实际工程中的某大型贯流泵机组启动过渡过程进行了仿真计算.

Abstract:Based on incompressible water hammer theory, the pump apparatus hydraulic transient characteristics and pump set dynamic characteristics were analyzed and expressed. By utilizing the mathematical model of least square surface fitting of a rectangular region and computer simulation technology, the universal complete pump characteristics was simulated. Transient pump-head was decomposed into steady state head and inertia head. The corresponding water resistance torque and thrust bearing friction torque were broken up into steady state torque and additional torque caused by inertia head. Finite-difference non-linear coupled equations of transient process were established in tubular pumping station while starting up and Newton-Raphson iterative method was used to solve them. The mathematical model was applied to simulate the transient process of an actual tubular pumping station.
