摘    要:为了对入侵植物春飞蓬进行生物检定和化学成分初步研究,采用基原鉴别、显微鉴别、分子鉴别、紫外光谱及高效液相色谱等方法进行实验研究,并与近似植物一年蓬进行花粉粒和DNA序列比较。结果表明,春飞蓬粉末中的主要显微特征为具三孔沟的花粉粒、不定式气孔、多细胞非腺毛、冠毛以及导管等;春飞蓬与一年蓬的花粉粒形态差异显著;二者的DNA序列区别明显;春飞蓬总黄酮的含量为0.59%,未测出灯盏花乙素。

Abstract:We use origin identification, microscope identification, molecule identification, UV and HPLC to preliminarily analyze chemical constituents of the alien invasive plant Erigeron philadelphicus L. We also compare pollen grain and DNA sequence between Erigeron philadelphicus L. and its similar plant Erigeron annuus(L.) Pers.Results show that predominant microscopic characters of E. Philadelphicus L. powder are pollen grain, infinitive stomata, multi cell non glandular hairs,pappus,vessel, etc. Form distinction of their pollen grains is significant.The difference of their DNA sequence is obvious. Total flavonoids content of Erigeron philadelphicus L. is 0.59% and we do not find its breviscapine.
