基于山科PLC的高速灌装线专用控制系统

针对食品安全、溯源及监管的需求，在已有高速灌装线上加装了基于OmniView的视频检测系统，设计、开发了高速灌装生产线专用控制系统。控制系统应用WINCE Qt 4.7.3，基于山科PLC平台开发，具有包装外观质量检测、不良产品剔除以及生产日期/条码&二维码/批次编码校验等专用功能，实现了灌装、检测的融合。该系统已经在大容量装液体食品无菌砖型纸盒灌装机中应用，满足了灌装线的高速要求，运行稳定、可靠，提升了灌装产品的质量，为产品的整个追溯过程提供了依据。

SK-PLC based special control system for high-speed filling line

For the requirement of food safety, traceability and regulation, we design a special control system for high speed filling line with a OmniView based video detection system. It is developed based on SK PLC and WINCE Qt 4.7.3, and has such special functionalities as quality inspection for appearance, removing of bad products, checking for production date, bar code & two dimensional code,and batch code. We merge filling and detection. It has been applied in large capacity aseptic carton filling machine, and satisfies high speed requirement of filling line. It is stable and reliable, and improves the quality of filling products.It can also provide evidence for the whole traceable process.
