谷胱甘肽在水产养殖中的应用研究进展

谷胱甘肽（glutathione，GSH）是含有巯基的三肽，广泛存在于生物组织中，作为良好的抗氧化剂、解毒剂和免疫增强剂，对于水产养殖业意义重大。谷胱甘肽的研究为水产养殖新饲料的开发提供了理论依据，具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本文综述了谷胱甘肽在水产养殖动物生长发育、抗氧化、解毒等方面的研究进展。

Application advances of Glutathione in aquaculture

Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide with sulphur, which widely exists in organism tissues.As a good antioxidant, antidote and immune enhancer, it has important application value in aquaculture. Its research provides theoretical basis for the development of aquaculture new fertilizer. It therefore has important theoretical significance and practical application value. We survey its research advances on growth, antioxidant and detoxification of aquaculture animals.
