高得率竹浆中抽出物及其对过氧化氢漂白的影响

摘    要:本文对一种高得率竹浆——慈竹磺化化机浆(SCMP)的抽出物及其对过氧化氢漂白的影响进行了研究。GC-MS研究结果表明慈竹SCMP抽出物中主要成分是脂肪酸类和甾醇类物质,以及部分在紫外区330nm左右产生吸收的物质。抽提处理后漂白纸浆白度可提高6%~9 %ISO,热诱导返黄程度降低,CIE76色度也有很大改善。

Abstract:In this paper, the extractives of a Bamboo high yield pulp——Neosinocalamus SCMP and their impact on the hydrogen peroxide bleaching were studied. GC-MS results show that the main components of the extractives of Neosinocalamus SCMP were fatty acids and steroids, as well as some substances which produced UV absorption around 330nm. After extraction treatment, the brightness of bleached pulp could be increased 6%~ 9% ISO, with the reduction of heat induced yellowing, and the CIE76 color was also greatly improved.
