摘    要:为解决当前能源系统调度优化模型分层调度能力不高的问题,在控制分布式能源系统运行成本的前提下,构建主动配电网下分布式能力系统双层两阶段调度优化模型。优化调度模型分层调度函数,并设定能源系统调度约束条件。使用帝国竞争优化算法对能源系统调度优化模型进行求解,获取最佳调度方案。构建算例分析环节,引入IEEE-33节点配电网测试系统完成分析过程。算例测试结果表明:此模型在日前阶段与日内阶段均可提高能源利用率,确保了能源系统的经济性。可见此模型可有效提高分布式能源的消纳能力,使主动配电网的经济效益最大化。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low hierarchical scheduling capability of the current energy system scheduling optimization model, a two-layer and two-stage scheduling optimization model of distributed capacity system under active distribution network is constructed under the premise of controlling the operating cost of distributed energy system. Optimize the hierarchical scheduling function of the scheduling model, and set the scheduling constraints of the energy system. The imperial competition optimization algorithm is used to solve the energy system scheduling optimization model, and the best scheduling scheme is obtained. Build an example analysis link, and introduce IEEE-33-node distribution network test system to complete the analysis process. The test results of an example show that this model can improve the energy utilization rate and ensure the economy of the energy system in both the day-ahead stage and the day-ahead stage. It can be seen that this model can effectively improve the consumption capacity of distributed energy and maximize the economic benefits of active distribution network.
