论地方政府间关系的和谐化

地方政府间的关系在改革开放以前,在中央集权的控制下,基本上是和谐的,但是改革开放以来,随着政治体制和经济体制改革的推进,地方政府的利益开始出现恶性膨胀,进而影响到地方政府间关系的和谐发展,这种不和谐不利于社会主义和谐社会的构建。本文对目前地方政府间关系不和谐的成因、表现做了论证,并对实现地方政府间关系和谐化的途径给出了一些建议。
