低温透平制冷机的静压气体润滑轴承研究

摘    要:对西安交通大学在研发低温装置的关键产冷机械——透平膨胀机的静压气体轴承时所取得的经验,进行了简要的回顾及总结.特别是对所研制的几种型式小孔供气静压气体轴承(双排径向、双排切向、多排切向等)进行了讨论,得出了小孔供气轴承间隙与失稳转速之间的关系以及最佳轴承间隙规律.研究发现:由普通的径向小孔供气轴承改为切向小孔供气轴承后,最佳轴承间隙增大75%,相应地失稳转速可提高30%.

Abstract:Gas lubrication technology applied in a cryogenic turbo-refrigerator is outlined and discussed on the basis of the investigations of externally-pressurized gas bearing turbo-expander. In particular, the valuable experience to develop several different kinds of external-pressurized gas bearings including double row radial gas supply, double row tangential gas supply, multi-row tangential gas supply is presented and summarized. Moreover, the relationship between gas supply bearing clearance and whirling speed is deduced. The optimal bearing clearance is also obtained. It is found that the optimal bearing clearance will increase by 75% when a common radial feeding-hole bearing is changed to tangential feeding-hole bearing. Correspondingly, the whirling speed can be improved by 30%.
