摘    要:为提高微型面包车型在正面碰撞中的结构耐撞性能,针对GB11551-2014《汽车正面碰撞的乘员保护》的相关技术要求,本文以某量产微型面包车为例分析此类车型车身结构在设计上可规避的弊端,并给出前期总体指导建议。然后运用LS-DYNA软件进行碰撞模拟仿真分析,结合微型面包车的结构特点,并考虑工艺可实施性给出合理的优化方案。通过整车试验验证,此优化方案有效地改善了车身结构耐撞性,碰撞效率值达到55.7%。同时,结果表明为减小乘员舱入侵量和门框变形量,最大限度地保障乘员的逃生空间,微型面包车前端至少应留有450mm的可压缩吸能空间。本文的研究成果可为其它此类结构的车型整车耐撞性开发提供参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the structural crashworthiness of minivan in frontal collision, aiming at the technical requirements of GB11551-2014 " The protection of the occupants in the event of a fontal collision for motor vehicle ",this paper took a miniature van as an example to analyze the structure of this type of vehicle body in the design, avoided the drawbacks, and given the overall guidance of the previous proposal. Then, LS-DYNA software was used to carry out collision simulation analysis, combined with the structural characteristics of the minivan, and given the feasibility of the process to give a reasonable optimization program. Through the vehicle test, this optimization scheme effectively improved the crashworthiness of the vehicle body structure, and the collision efficiency reached 55.7%. The results showed that in order to reduce occupant intrusion and door frame deformation, to maximize the protection of occupant escape space, micro-van front should leave at least 450mm compressible energy absorption space. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the development of vehicle crashworthiness of other such structures.
