摘    要:目的:以自主研发的功率自行车为运动平台,通过探讨适宜的直接测试方案,试图获得一定条件下精确、有效的最大摄氧量值;方法:对普通大学生24人(男性)进行最大摄氧量值的测试,测试程序包括基本身体指标的筛选、静息指标的建立与评价、两种运动方案的设计。方案一以50W起,50W/3min进行递增直至力竭,方案二以50W起,依据心率变化来增加负荷,力争9-12分钟达到力竭;结果:受试者5项基本身体指标的P值均大于0.05,没有显著的差异性,这里以身体脂肪率(BFR值)作为一级淘汰指标,身体质量指数(BMI值)作为二级参考指标;建立了24人的静态指标数据库并选取静息代谢率RMR与静态心率HR作为评价指标;VO2max主要测试指标及判断标准包括5项:最大心率(HRmax)=190-210次/min,血乳酸浓度≥10.7 mmol/L,测试时间≥9-12分钟,RPE值,摄氧量平台;方案一中高达71%的人群,其有氧能力处于低级别,仅有2人的有氧能力被划分在高等级中,VO2max=36.78±8.70,整体有氧能力属于正常偏低的情况;方案二中42%的人群有氧能力属于中等级别,低级和高级各占33%和25%,较方案一有提升的趋势,VO2max=43.31±10.64,属于正常中等的情况;结论:静息指标RMR和HR的数据评价良好,理论上保证后续VO2max测试的精确性和有效性。方案一与方案二中获得的最大摄氧量,满足了至少3项测试指标阈值,数据有效,从精确度上来说,方案二设计的测试更合理,获得的最大摄氧量更精确。

Abstract:objective: Based on the independent-developed power bicycle, a feasible test scheme is discussed to obtain accurate and effective VO2max; Methods: 24 people of ordinary college students (male) were tested with VO2max test in two different ways, including the screening of body index, and, Establishment and Evaluation of every quota when one is static. Scheme one began with 50 w, 50 w/3min incrementing until exhaustion, scheme two began with 50 w, by placing an extra load on the basis of heart rate chaing, exhausted in 9-12 minutes; Results: P value of five basic body index which showed no significant difference was greater than 0.05 for all 24 people, among which the body fat rate (BFR) was Primary elimination index and body mass index (BMI) was secondly reference index. By building the database of body index of 24 people, resting metabolic rate(RMR) and static heart (HR) were selected. VO2max main test indicators, and judging standards, including maximum heart rate (HRmax) : 190-210 times/min, the blood lactic acid density close to the tendency and tendency for 10.7 L / 10.7 L above, test duration to at least 9-12 minutes or more, the peak oxygen uptake.Plan a 24 people as much as 71% of the population, the aerobic capacity at a low level, only two person of aerobic ability is divided in high-grade, VO2max = 36.78 + / - 8.70, belongs to the normal low overall aerobic capacity;Scheme 2, 42% of the population and aerobic capacity belongs to medium level, lower and upper each accounted for 33% and 25%, the scheme''s a ascending trend, VO2max = 43.31 + / - 10.64, belongs to the normal medium; Conclusion: resting index RMR and HR data is good, in theory, guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of the follow-up VO2max test.Plan a and 2 for vo2 Max satisfy at least three measures of testing qualified, data effectively, in terms of precision, design two test more reasonable, the more accurate vo2 Max. Four major index, including Maximum heart rate(HRmax) of 190-210 times per minutes,the blood lactic acid density that close to the tendency and tendency for 10.7 L / 10.7 L above, duration at least 9-12minutes or more, and peak oxygen uptake,were the Major index and standards of judgement for testing VO2max. In scheme one, Aerobic Capacity of 71 percent of the 24 people were in low grade, only two person were in high grade. VO2max is in the range of 36.78±8.70. The overall Aerobic Capacity is on the lower side than normal. In scheme two, Aerobic Capacity of 42 percent of the 24 people were in middle grade, low and high grade occupied 33 percent and 25 percent, which have upward tendency compared with scheme one. VO2max is in the range of 43.31±10.64, which belongs to normal. Conclusion: The data of RMR and HR which ensured the precison and effectiveness of VO2max test is good. VO2max in scheme one and two satisfied at least three testing parameters. The testing in scheme two was more resonable and had more accurate value of VO2max.
