冲击载荷作用下电磁阻尼器动力学特性研究

摘    要:为了探究电磁阻尼器在冲击环境下的工作特性,开展针对冲击载荷作用下的电磁阻尼器动力学特性研究。首先,根据电磁阻尼器存在的“恒阻尼-恒功率”的固有特性,基于单自由度系统振动模型,建立冲击载荷作用下电磁阻尼器阻尼响应模型,分析了冲击性质等因素与阻尼输出特性的匹配关系;其次,建立了电磁阻尼器动力学模型,并利用Simulink搭建了仿真模型进行分析;最后,研究分析了载荷匹配系数和衰减系数对电磁阻尼器阻尼输出特性的影响,提出了阻尼稳定输出的调整方法。研究结果表明:电磁阻尼器在实现对冲击载荷的制动过程中,会在恒阻尼输出平台中出现阻尼凹陷现象的突变,且其制动特性可以通过载荷匹配系数和衰减系数进行调整。

Abstract:In order to explore the working characteristics of electromagnetic damper under impact environment, the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic damper under impact load were studied. First of all, according to the electromagnetic damper "constant damping - constant power" of the existence of the inherent characteristics of system based on single degree of freedom vibration model, establish the electromagnetic damper under impact load response model, analyzes the impact factors such as the nature and structure size of the effect of damping characteristics; Secondly, the dynamic model of electromagnetic damper is established, and Simulink is used to build the simulation model for analysis. Finally, a control method of electromagnetic damping force under impact load based on load resistance control is proposed. The results show that the Electromagnetic damper in the process of the braking system for the impact load, will appear in the constant damping output platform damping concave phenomenon of mutation, and the braking characteristics can be adjusted by load matching coefficient and damping coefficient..
