超大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥误差控制方法研究

摘    要:通过对钢管混凝土拱桥误差形成机理的研究,基于无应力状态法对拱肋施工过程的分析,提出了钢管混凝土拱桥施工误差控制的可调域法。这种控制方法将施工阶段划分为若干控制区间,严格控制拱肋的无应力长度和曲率,只在关键施工阶段对斜拉扣挂系统误差进行调整。研究了该方法控制区间划分原则和可调域的计算方法,同时基于可调域法的控制特点,分析了拱肋结构状态调整的计算方法。将可调域法应用于波司登大桥的误差控制中,实践表明这种控制方法可以有效提高施工精度,同时加快施工进度。

Research on Error Control Method for Super - long Span Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Arch Bridge

Abstract:By studying analyzing the error formation mechanism of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) arch bridge, combining with the analysis of construction process of arch rib with stress free state method, an adjustable domain method to construction control was proposed. The control method divides the construction stage into several control sections, and strictly controls the stress free length and curvature of the arch ribs, and just adjusts the error of the cable-stayed system during the key construction stage. The division principle and the calculating method of the adjustable domain were studied. At the same time, the calculation method of the state adjustment of the arch rib structure was deduced based on the control characteristics of the adjustable domain method. This method is applied to the domain transfer of Bosideng bridge, the practice shows that the control method can effectively improve the precision of construction, and speed up the construction progress.
