高含水饱和度层对加拿大Kinosis油砂区双水平井SAGD开发影响研究

摘    要:为明确高含水饱和度层对双水平井SAGD开发效果的影响,以加拿大Kinosis油砂区块为研究对象,综合利用动态分析和数值模拟技术开展研究。通过注采井实际生产动态参数变化,结合温度监测结果,明确高含水饱和度层存在时SAGD开发的动态特征响应。在建立油砂区典型注采井机理模型的基础上,着重研究高含水饱和度厚度、距注入井距离以及含水饱和度对SAGD开发指标的影响效果及规律。结果表明,高含水饱和度层的存在增大了注入蒸汽的消耗,热量沿高含水饱和度层向油砂层两侧加速扩展;生产指标在蒸汽腔碰遇并穿越高含水饱和度层过程中表现出明显变化,如日产油“递减漏斗”的出现,瞬时水汽比大于1等;厚度大于2m的高含水饱和度层将对SAGD开发效果产生较大影响,需尽量避免在高含水饱和度层大于6m的区域布井,并尽量使注入井远离高含水饱和度层。

Abstract:Based on Kinosis oil sand block in Canada, the impact of high water saturation interlayer (HWSI) on SAGD production was revealed by using dynamic analysis and numerical simulation. Through analyzing the variation of injection and production data as well as the temperature profile, typical production responses were discussed. Based on an injection-production well model, the effects of parameters of HWSI on the production factors and development indexes were studied, such as thickness, distance to injector and water saturation. The results showed that HWSI accelerated the extension of temperature to both sides of the reservoir, accompanied by more injected steam consuming. When the steam chamber reached and crossed through HWSI, oil production decreased along with instant water steam ratio (iWSR) larger than 1. The HWSI whose thickness was larger than 2m had a more obvious impact on SAGD development. The area with the thickness of HWSI larger than 6m was not suitable to place SAGD well pairs. It was also suggested that the injector should be placed away from HWSI as far as possible.
