摘    要:多轴疲劳问题是实际机械工程中一种常见的问题,对机械零件的实际使用情况是极为重要的。针对于多轴疲劳问题试验的成本高与现有分析软件操作复杂等特点,为减少分析成本并满足企业需求,通过雨流计数法及累积损伤理论,研究了多轴疲劳数据在Eclipse的开发环境下的数据可视化。结果表明:利用Java语言建立多轴疲劳分析模型可以实现应力应变分析结果文件的上传、数据库连接、数据筛选及处理功能。基于Java3D的数据可视化技术,最终直观的表达出试件寿命分析云图。通过机车车轮分析实例验证了多轴疲劳计算模型的可靠性及合理性,降低了工作人员的劳动强度与专业技术要求。

Development of Multiaxial Fatigue Life Visualization Platform

Abstract:Multiaxial fatigue problem is a common problem in practical mechanical engineering, and it was very important for the actual use of mechanical parts. In order to reduce the cost of analysis and meet the needs of enterprises, in view of the high cost of multiaxis fatigue test and the complexity of existing analysis software, the multiaxis fatigue data was researched in the development of Eclipse through rain flow counting method and cumulative damage theory environment data visualization. The results show that the establishment of a multiaxis fatigue analysis model using Java language can achieve the functions of uploading, database connection, data screening and processing of stress-strain analysis result files. Java3D-based data visualization technology, the ultimate intuitive expression of the specimen life analysis nephogram. The reliability and rationality of multiaxial fatigue calculation model are verified by the example of locomotive wheel analysis. It reduces the labor intensity and professional technical requirements of workers.
