摘    要:为了研究课题组提出的装配式钢桁-混凝土组合梁(PSTC)负弯矩区段的变形性能,针对某依托工程桥梁设计制作了一根变截面PSTC试验梁,开展了负弯矩区段变形性能试验研究。针对此梁,提出了一种挠度简化计算方法:将钢桁腹杆等效为钢腹板,从而计入其剪切变形对组合梁刚度的影响,同时考虑钢与混凝土之间的滑移。结果表明,该新型组合梁表现出显著的三阶段受力,根据简化计算结果,在20吨和47吨荷载作用下,梁的挠度为3.96mm和8.31mm,相比试验测试值4.03mm和8.39mm,计算结果准确,可为同类桥梁提供参考。

Experimental Study on Deformation Performance of Assembly Steel Truss - Concrete Composite Beams and Its Calculation Method

Abstract:In order to study the deformation behavior of the negative bending moment section of the assembled prefabricated steel truss - concrete composite beam (PSTC) proposed by the research group, a variable cross section PSTC test beam was designed and designed for a concrete bridge. Performance test study. Aiming at this beam, a simplified calculation method of deflection is proposed. The steel web is equivalent to steel web, and the effect of shear deformation on the stiffness of composite beam is taken into account, taking into account the slip between steel and concrete. The results show that the new composite beam exhibits a significant three-stage force. According to the simplified calculation results, the deflection of the beam is 3.96mm and 8.31mm under the 20 ton and 47 ton load, compared with the test test values of 4.03 mm and 8.39 mm, the calculation results are accurate and can provide reference for similar bridges.
