论残疾人高等教育中的赏识教育

摘    要:赏识教育是残疾人高等教育的根本需要,是教育者通过欣赏和赞扬受教育者的优点,调动受教育者的非智力因素及情感、动机、兴趣、意志和性格积极投入学习的一种教育方式。运用赏识教育,可以营造和谐氛围,创建良好的学习背景;能挖掘残疾大学生的潜能,并使其成为创新人才;赏识教育是实施素质教育的重要而有效的教育方式。

Abstract:Appreciation education is the basic requirement of higher education of disabled people,which is an educational manner that mobilizes the non-intellectual factor,emotions,motivation,interests,will and character to make the disabled students become devoted in learning through appreciating and commending the advantages of them.By using appreciation education,we can create a harmonious atmosphere and a good learning background.Disabled students can discover the potential and make themselves creative talents.Appreciation education is an important and effective way to carrying out the quality education.
