| 摘 要： | 将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)与传统的SWOT分析相结合,引入坐标系工具,构建了一个多因素组合数学模型用于低碳发展战略分析.研究结果表明:该模型可以克服以往战略决策方法的不足,是决策者进行决策的一个很好的工具.

| Abstract: | The FAHP and coordinate system tool are integrates with ordinary SWOT Analysis,the mathematical model of multi-factor portfolio is put forward to analyze environments of low-carbon development.The results show that: this model can make up for less than the previous strategic decision.method,and provide a good tool for decision-making. |
