| 摘 要： | 分析了委托代理关系中企业经理产业道德风险和所有者监督道德风险的临界行为，提出经理的临界背德收益、背德空间和所有者防范道德风险的临界监督成本及监督空间概念，为研究经理的背德行为模式和有效制定道德风险的防洪措施提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the critical behaviors of arising and supervising moral risk.And the conceptions of critical risk profit,risk space,critical supervision cost and supervision space are proposed,which provide scientific basis for studying manager's risk behaviors and laying down preventive measures against moral risk. |
