| 摘 要： | 药用真菌中的含水量对其营养性、呈味性、保藏性、加工性等许多方面有着至关重要的作用。对市售的二十种药用真菌干品中的水分进行了分析测定。结果表明，所测样品的水分含量均与资料报道的相符。并且空气湿度对测定结果有较大的影响。

| Abstract: | The moisture contens in the medical fungi have very important influence on their nutrition, gestation, storage and process. The moisture contents in the dry goods of twenty medical fungi which can be bought in the market are determined. The experimental results show that the moisture contents of all determined samples are up to the standards. The humidity of atmosphere has great influence on the determination results. |
