基于心电图分析的心律失常分类

摘    要:心律失常分类是心电图自动分析的重要内容。论文基于心律失常的心电波形特点,运用逻辑判别树方法实现心律失常分类。首先,运用数学形态学和小波变换算法检测心电波形的QRS波,计算RR间期、QRS波时限等参数;然后结合医生识读心电图判别依据,将所有心拍分成主导性心拍、室上性异常心拍、室性异常心拍、其他心拍4类。利用MIT-BIH心律失常数据库检验分类效果,统计结果表明总体准确率达到了94.2%。

Abstract:Arrhythmia classification is a major part of electrocardiograph(ECG) auto-analyses.A logical evaluation method based on the electrocardiograph waves characteristics is presented for arrhythmia classification.The QRS waves are first detected based on their morphology with wavelet transform methods to get the RR interval and the QRS duration.The logic then classifies the beats into 4 categories: dominant beats,super-ventricular ectopic beats,ventricular ectopic beats,and questionable beats.The classification ...
