摘    要:采用数值分析方法,研究了2圈和3圈冻结管方案下冻结壁厚度及温度变化规律,着重分析了辅圈对冻结壁形成特性的影响。结果表明,冻结早期,3圈中辅圈能显著提高冻结壁厚度增长速率和降低冻结壁平均温度;辅圈对冻结壁最终厚度和平均温度影响较小;辅圈可加快井帮冻结,对井心温度影响较小。

Abstract:Based on numerical analysis, this paper discusses the study on the features and temperature of frozen wall with two and three freezing pipes, with an emphasis on analysis of the influence of auxiliary circle. The results show that, during the early stage of freezing, the auxiliary circle can result in significant increase in the growth rate of freezing wall and significant decrease in the average temperature of freezing wall. The auxiliary circle gives less influence on the final thickness and average temperature of freezing wall, accelerates the freezing of the shaft wall and exerts less influence on the temperature of well center.
