摘    要:在不同条件下制备一系列负载型Mo催化剂,并用ICP-AES法测定所制备催化剂上Mo的负载量,计算实际负载百分率(实测值与计算值之比),从而考察不同制备条件对Mo活性组分负载量的影响.结果显示,浸渍液中活性组分的浓度、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、浸渍液的溶剂类型等对负载型Mo催化剂上Mo的负载量都有一定的影响,而载体类型对负载量的影响较小.验证结果表明,Mo元素的检出限为8.220μg.L-1,加标回收率为102.6%~104.3%,11次测定的RSD(n=11)小于0.863%,方法符合检测要求.

Abstract:A series of supported Mo catalysts were prepared under different conditions.The Mo-loading was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)andactual supported ratio which is determined value to calculated value was calculated.The influence of preparation conditions on Mo-loading was investigated.The results showed that Mo-loading was affected by active component concentration in impregnation solution,impregnation time,calcination temperature and solvent of impregnation solution,whereas it was less affected by all kinds of supports.Feasibility of determined method was investigated and the results showed that the detection limit of Mo was 8.220μg·L~(-1),the recovery of standard addition was 102.6%~104.3%,the relative standard deviation(n=11)was less than 0.863%.The method is efficient,accurate and easy to operate.
