空区膏体充填泵送特性及减阻试验研究

基于管流流动基本理论,对空区充填用膏体的水平环形试验管路流动阻力进行了理论分析.为了检验理论分析结果的正确性和外加剂对减少膏体泵送阻力的作用,在现场90 m的水平环形管路中进行了由混凝土泵驱动的充填膏体输送阻力试验.结果表明,该充填膏体可以划归为宾汉姆流变体,基于宾汉姆流变体理论取得的公式能够预计膏体输送过程中的泵压损失,提供试验的泵送外加剂能够显著地降低膏体的泵送阻力.图4,表1,参16.

Investigation on the Characteristics of Paste Pumping into the empty area and the Reducing Pumping Resistance

Based on the basic theory of pipe column flow, the pumping resistance of backfill paste from empty area were analyzed and over 90m long horizontal loop pipe tests driven by a concrete pump were carried out in order to compare calculated pumping resistance with measured ones and the effect of pumping aids on the pumping resistance of backfill paste. The test results have shown that the fluid properties of paste mixes may be described in Bingham plastic fluids and the pumping pressure loss can be predicted with the theory. A special admixture (pumping aids) available for test can significantly reduce the pumping resistance of backfill paste.4figs.,1tab.,16refs.
