| Abstract: | It is very important for universities and colleges of undergraduate course rising newly to improve the services of library conscientiously.The article has analysed several factors influencing the library service work quality of this kind of universities and colleges to improve conscientiously in such respects as ideology,structure,service level and office-staff's whole quality in storage,etc.and on how to promote the service level of library overall and fast,proposes the concrete suggestion. |
