| 摘 要： | 通过系统和谐度构成的分析,建立了和谐度的测度体系。和谐度的测度指标分为构成和谐性、组织和谐性、内部环境和谐性、外部环境和谐性和总体和谐性。通过在理论上对各构成要素的敏感性分析,表明单因素或多因素的改进对和谐度是有影响的。利用和谐度分析矩阵构建和谐度测度方法,并结合企业实际对系统和谐度给与实证研究,验证单因素改进对系统和谐度有正向影响。

| Abstract: | This text analyze the composition of the harmony degree at first,set up the system of the estimating harmony degree,then divide the harmony degree index into forming harmony,organizing harmony,inside environmental harmony,external environment condition harmony and overall harmony.Through improving the single factor or multifactor to influence the harmony degree to probe which can influence the harmony degree in theory.Secondly utilize harmonious degree matrix to structure the method to appraise the harmony degree,the instance of the Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group offers real example to analysis the harmony degree,which can prove that improving the single factor can raise the harmony degree. |
