注水法软化煤层在梅河一井综放中的应用

为了降低综放工作面粉尘体积分数,采用煤层注水的方法对梅河一井综采放顶工作面煤层进行降尘,结果表明:通过合理的选择煤层注水钻孔施工工艺,优化煤层注水参数,减少影响煤层注水效果的因素,加强煤层注水的日常管理,使水从煤体的裂隙和孔隙中挤走大量的游离沼气,延迟了瓦斯解吸释放的时间,降低了煤层开采时的瓦斯涌出量及上隅角瓦斯体积分数,杜绝了瓦斯超限现象。另外,在高瓦斯矿井煤层注水能使煤质变软,增加塑性,从而减少冲击,降低煤与沼气突出次数。实践证明:是煤层注水是一种行之有效的方法,为其他采区的综放工作提供了先进的方式和经验。

Application of water injection to soften coal seam at mechanized caving mining face of the first mine of Meihe

To reduce the concentration of dust in mechanized caving mining face,the method of injecting water to coal seams was used in mechanized caving mining face of the Meihe coal mine,the result shows that with the rational construction craftwork of injecting water to coal seam,optimizing the parameters of injecting water to coal seam,reducing the factors affecting the injecting water to coal seam,reinforcing the daily administration of injecting water to coal seam,dissociate gas is pushed from crack and small opening of coal seam,which delays the time of the inhalation and emission of gas,the emanation of gas is reduced when the coal seam is mined.The concentration of gas is reduced in upper corner,completely eradicating the phenomenon of gas outburst.Besides,coal seam is soften and plastic is increased by injecting water to coal seam in high gas mine,and it will reduce shocks,reduce the times of coal and gas outburst.Practices prove that injecting water to coal seam is an effective method,advanced ways and experiences are provided for other mining area.
