| 摘 要： | 全民健身计划的实施、老年型社会的冲击以及社会政治经济文化等各个方面的发展。尤其是奥运会在北京召开，对我们的体育人才素质提出了更高的要求，分析认为：针对福建省体育人才培养状况，应加大教学内容和课程体系改革，进一步合理培养模式，使体育专业人才的培养能够适应社会发展的要求。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the Whole-People Health-Building Plan, impact of old society and development in all respects of economic, culture and politics of society set a higher request to our sports personnel quality, Olympic Games will hold in Beijing especially. The article analyzes and thinks： According to the sports personnel training state of our province, we should strengthen and reform the content of courses and course system, further make training mode rational, enable the cultivation of the specialized personnel of sports to meet the needs of social development. |
