液体静压轴承的优化设计与实验研究

摘    要:本文设计了间隙节流比可调式腔内三孔回油,不等轴向封油边液体径向静压轴承与弓形三腔止推的组合静压轴承,导出其刚度、功耗、温升等计算简式。并以高刚度等为约束条件,以最低温升为目标函数,进行了计算机参数优化设计。通过实验验证了计算简式,还着重实验研究了该轴承主轴厂的回转?度、过渡过程、频率特性、温升及热变形。实验结论具有普遍实用意义。

Abstract:In this paper a type of radial hydrostatic bearing with a adjustable gap throttle and threerecycling oil holes in thepocket and axial damper area of different width and a thrust bearing withthree arched pockets are designed. Equations for calculating rigidity,power consumption and temperature rise are derived. Optimization ofthe radial bearing aiming at the lowest temperature rise and high rigidityis carried out with the aid of computer. The test results fairly coincidewith the calculated data given by the formulas. The analysis and conclu-sions drawn from the test of rotating precision of the spindle, transitionprocess, frequency characteristics, temperature rise, thermal deforma-tion, etc, are of important practical value.
