节目主持人人际化特征的新思考

摘    要:随着电视节目的多元化和受众审美需求的多样化,社会对主持人及其节目的质量提出了更高的要求,主持人在节目中要想取得良好的传播效果,就必须调动各种手段。当前各大媒体主持人都注意到人际化手段的使用之于节目和主持人自身的重要意义。人际传播的优势,人际化存在的社会原因,以及人际传播的实现,这些都是当前主持人急需掌握或补充的专业知识,同时也是理论界研究的重要课题。

Abstract:With the diversification of TV programs and the audience's esthetic demand,the society has imposed higher requirements on emcees and their program quality.If emcees want to achieve good dissemination effect in the program,they have to bring various means into play.At present,emcees of the major media are all aware of the importance of using interpersonal means to the programs and the emcees themselves.The superiority of interpersonal dissemination,the social reason for the existence of interpersonal means,and the realization of interpersonal dissemination,all of which are not only specialized knowledge that the present emcees should grasp or supplement urgently,but also important topics for theoretic research.
