| 摘 要： | 目的：评价拉西地平的降压作用。方法：采用自身对照开放试验方法，对原发性高血压患者40例，予以口服拉西地平4mg/d，疗程4周。结果：降压总有效率为87.5%，服药后未见心率增快，不良反应少而轻，所有病人的均能耐受，结论：拉西地平能够有效地降低血压，是一种安全，有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the efficiency of lacidipine on hypertension.Method:By the open self-conteol,40 essential hypertension patients were enrolled in the 4 seeks study with receiving lacidipine 4mg daily.Results:The total effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 87.5%.The heart tate had not increased after taking the medicine and the side effect was little and mild.Conclusion:The results show that the lacidipine is an effective and safe antihypertension drug and well toletrated by patients. |
