| 摘 要： | 晚清的现代选举制度从商会选举开始,包括咨议局、资政院选举制度,地方自治机构选举制度,到民国时期有北京政府选举制度、南京政府选举制度、中国共产党领导的政权的选举制度。现有成果对该时期的各种各次选举的基本情况进行了系统的研究,对选举制度中的合理性、积极性、局限性等方面进行了客观的讨论,从而为我们进一步研究奠定了基础,但总体上说还只是一个开始,仍有一些问题需要深入探讨。
