摘    要:在有限维修渠道条件下,对两级维修供应系统的备件供应能力进行了评估.系统由多个基层保障点和一个基地保障点构成,故障件有多类,每个保障点有各自的库存和维修机构,库存施行(S-1,S)策略.各维修机构的维修渠道都有限,多类故障件共用同一套维修设备,使用M/M/c模型分析各级站点的维修队列.考虑了故障件在基层站点和基地站点之间的运输时间,用M/G/∞模型分析运输队列.以备件满足率和平均缺货量为指标,评估了系统的备件供应能力.最后举例说明本评估模型的使用,并在相同假设条件下使用仿真方法和MET砌C模型评估了系统,通过对比三种模型的结果验证了本文评估模型的有效性.

Abstract:Two echelon maintenance and support system was evaluated under limited repair capacity. System contained several bases and a central depot, and multi-class items move in the system. Each base and the depot had an inventory and a repair shop, and inventory used (S-1, S) policy. Each repair shop had limited repair capacity, multi-class items shared the repair resource, M/M/c model was used to analyze the repair queue in each repair shop. Transporting time for moving failed items or good items between bases and depot are considered, and M/G/∞ model was used to analyze the transporting queue. Calculated spare part's fill rate and excepted back order for evaluating the performance of the system. An example at last was presented, the system was evaluated under the same scenario with the use of the proposed model, METRIC model and simulation method, the quality of the proposed model was demonstrated through the comparison of the three models' results.
