摘    要:网络化体系能力评估是当前作战体系分析中的难题之一,在理念、方法以及平台方面面临诸多挑战.首先给出了在体系能力评估理念上需要做出的三个转变,包括建立战争复杂系统观、引入复杂网络思想以及构建网络化体系能力指标;其次介绍了网络化体系能力评估需要关注的三种新方法:在理论分析方面需要关注复杂网络方法,在实验评估方面需要关注虚实结合方法,在深度挖掘方面需要关注大数据方法;最后介绍了如何构建支持网络化体系能力评估的体系仿真试验床平台.

Abstract:Evaluating the combat capability of networking system of system (SoS) is one of the hardest problems in current combat SoS analysis, and there are many challenges in theory, methodology and platform when evaluating the SoS capability. Firstly, three changes in the theory for SoS capability evaluating are presented, namely, creating a complex system view for war, bringing in the complex network theory and reconstructing the index for SoS capability. Secondly, three methodologies deserving close attention when evaluating the SoS capability are next presented, namely, paying attentions to complex network methodology for theoretical analysis, paying attentions to actual situation combining methodology for experimental evaluation and paying attentions to big data methodology for the deeply mining technology. At last, we discussed how to set up the SoS simulation testbed platform which supports the capability evaluating of networking SoS.
