我国区域科技创新能力建设的现状分析

从国内外区域经济发展的经验来看,科技创新已经渗透到区域经济和社会发展的各个领域,在一个国家或地区的经济发展中起着决定性的作用。本文采用统计分析方法,从创新资源、知识创造、经济效益以及创新环境四个方面,对我国区域科技创新能力建设现状进行分析。研究结果表明:我国区域科技创新能力建设存在较大差异,排名前5的地区绝大部分指标的总量都超过我国总额的一半,排在后5位地区各类指标的总量远低于排名第一的地区。

Current Situation Analysis of the Regional Scientific and Technological Innovation Construction in China

Scientific and technological innovation has penetrated to all fields of regional economic and social development and plays a decisive role in economic development of a country or region according to the experience of economic development at home and abroad. This paper makes a quantitative research on the current situation of the regional scientific and technological innovation in China from four aspects of innovation resources,knowledge creation,economic benefits and innovation environment. The results show that there exist great differences of scientific and technological innovation construction in different regions of our country,the total of the top 5 regions exceeds half of the country’s total in the absolute amount of the most indexes,but the total of the last 5 regions is far less than the first in the absolute amount of all indexes.
