高校科技文献管理存在的问题与发展研究

高校院系资料室是图书情报工作不可或缺的组成部分,其发展与完善直接关系着教学、科研信息的来源甚至教学、科研的水平与质量。高校资料室建设中管理松懈脱节、经费缺乏,与图书馆以及各系部资料室之间缺少协调、交流,运作模式传统封闭等问题普遍存在,应加强完善管理格局,提高资金支持制度,加强信息交流,使院系资料室成为具有针对性的专业科技文献信息中心。

Study on the Existing Problems and Development in the Management of College Scientific and Technical Literature

School/department reference room is an indispensable part of college library and information work,its development and perfection are directly related to the source of teaching and scientific&research information,even associated with their level and quality. The construction of college reference room generally has the problems of slop?py and disjointed management,lacking of funds,lacking of coordination and communication with library and various department reference rooms,traditional and closed operation mode,etc. We should strengthen and prefect the manage?ment structure,improve the financial support system,strengthen the exchange of information,making the school/depart?ment reference room become targeted and professional scientific and technical literature information center.
