对智能建筑建设中相关问题的思考

本文对智能建筑建设过程存在相关问题进行了探讨，指出智能建筑的建设是一项系统工程，必须从需求分析、方案系统设计、工程实施几方面来考虑智能建筑的建设，对已建设好的智能化系统必须从设备运行、设备维护两方面加强系统的运管维护，唯其如此，才能使智能建筑真正的发挥作用，向人们提供一个安全、高效、舒适、便利的建筑环境。

Consideration on Relative Issues About Intelligent Building Construction

Relative issues present in intelligent building construction processes have been discussed in this paper. It has been indicated that intelligent building construction is a systemic project, which must be considered from the aspects of demand analysis, plan systematic design, and project implement. The existing intelligent systems need to be maintained from both equipment running and equipment maintenance. Only in this way can the intelligent buildings offer a safe, highly efficient, comfortable and convenient building environment to human being.
