| Abstract: | Based on the theory of beam deflection analysis by the beam unit displacement operator method. the displacement relation for two connected beam units with different cross sections is established.and the general equation for calculating the displacement of the node on non uniform cross section beams is derived.The method is simple, practical and reliable for deflection calculations. |
