| 摘 要： | 从监控系统的功能原理出发，结合当前监控系统技术的最新发展，综合运用媒体视频技术、计算机网络技术和相关控制技术，探讨了实现监控系统视频／音频的数字化、系统的网络化、应用的多媒体化以及管理的智能化的方案及其不足．该设计方案将传统的视频、音频及控制信号数字化，以IP包的形式在信道上传输，并实现了本地和远程的集中监控、集中管理．
