偶联塔系的模拟—速率模型

摘    要:修正了Krishnamuthy和Taylor的速率模型,使之能适用于填料塔中的热偶合精馏过程,并采用修正的Naphtali-Sandholdm算法求解模型方程。用丙酮-苯-氯苯三元系的分离证明上述方法的有效性。得到的结果是令人满意的。

Abstract:In this article, the rate-based model advanced by Krishnamurthy and Taylor is updated so as to suit thermally coupled distillation processes in a packed column, and an algorithm based upon the modified Naphtali-Sandholm method is employed to solve the model equations. The separation of acetone-benzene-chlorobenzene ternary system is used to justify the method mentioned above. Satisfactory results are obtained.
