| Abstract: | The three-dimentional molecular graphics of Taka-Amylase A (TAA) were drawed based on its X-ray crystal structure data by computer. he typical topologic features of main domain and C-terminal domain as well as the relations between structure and function of the active center of TAA were studied visually. |
