| 摘 要： | 通过转杯纺梳针式与锯条式分梳辊的对比试验,研究了这两种型式的分辊对成纱质量的影响及其使用寿命等问题。试验结果表明,梳针式分梳辊在转杯纺纱机上纺化纤或棉与化纤混纺纱时,可以提高成纱质量,并且梳针式分梳辊的使用寿命比锯条式的长。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the effects of the type of combing rollers on yarn quality and the life of combing rollers were studied by comparing the needle roller with the saw-tooth roller. The results show that it can be raised by using the needle roller in spinning of chemical yarn or cotton and chemical blended yarns, and the needle roller is more durable than the saw-tooth rollers and so on. |
