| 摘 要： | 本文对中国吉林省产爪鲵的染色体组型进行了初步研究。结果表明:瓜鲵的二倍体染色体数是78,其中包括对18对大染色体和21对微小染色体。其染色体数是小鲵科中最多的。在雌雄个体间未发现有异型染色体。从爪鲵核型的高度不对称性和二型性以及次缢痕特征,推测该种爪鲵是小鲵科中较原始而又特化的种类之一。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the karyotype prepared by enteric epithelial cells of Onychodactlus fischeri.The diploid number 2n is 78,including 18 pairs of macroehromosomes and 21 pairs of microchromosmes,is the largest number of chromosomes in the family Hynodiidae.No heteromorphic chromosome is found. The karyotype is asymmetrical and bimorphous,suggesting that the species is one of the primitive forms in the family Hynobiidae. |
