平网印花用水溶性逆向反射浆应用性能的研究

摘    要:通过对以水溶性粘合剂为基础的平网用逆向反射浆性能的研究,试图用水溶性粘合剂取代目前采用较多的以有机溶剂型粘合剂为基础的逆向反射浆。文中研究了由不同颜色组成的反射层对反射效果的影响;研究了微珠的用量、丝网的目数对逆向反射效果的影响;研究了不同类型的水溶性粘合剂及用量对玻璃微珠牢度的影响;研究了表面层的存在对逆向反射织物牢度及逆向反射系数的影响。

Abstract:The study on the application performance of the retroreflection paste based on water|solubility bonding agent for flat screen is introduced in this paper. By the study, we try to use the retroreflection paste based on water|solubility bonding agent to replace the one based on organic solvent the bonding agent what it is used prevalently at present. The influence of the retroreflection effect by the reflecting layer consisting of a different colors, the percentage of the micro|beading, the screen ruling and the additional surface layer are researched in this paper. The fastness of the retroreflection fabric by the different kind of the water|solubility bonding agent and its percentage and the additional surface layer is discussed.
