加拿大高等职业教育发展的启示

摘    要:
加拿大是世界上职业教育较发达的国家之一,其提出的CBE理论对我国职业教育的发展影响深远。通过研究加拿大安大略省的高等职业教育,提出我国的高职教育要改革专业评价体系、加快专业标准建设步伐、以能力为本位深化课程教学改革、以学生为中心提高课堂教学质量、建立适应高职教育特征的教师队伍。

Abstract:
Canada is one of the best developed countries on vocational education in the world. The CBE theory from Canada is profound to our vocational education development. Through studies on Ontario's high vocational education, the article suggested that we should reform the appraisal system of our voca- tional education, speed up the specialized standard construction process, deepen the curriculum education- al reform, take ability as the standard to improve the classroom instruction quality, set the students as the centre, and establish the teacher groups that adaptated high vocational education.
