| 摘 要： | 法与正义的关系是法理学的一个基本问题。法是正义具体内容的体现 ,正义是法追求的基本价值目标 ,在我国法治进程中 ,法的正义价值的取向是法治的核心 ,法的义贯穿于法治运行的始终 ,法治的最终目标是实现分配的正义和诉讼的正义。

| Abstract: | The Value Orientation of Legal Justice in the Course of Law-ruling in Our Country Abstract: The relationship between law and justice is a basic problem in jurisprudence. Law is an embodiment of the concrete content of justice while justice is the basic value goal that law is pursuing. In the course of law-ruling in our country, the value orientation of legal justice is the core of law-ruling, and legal justice runs through the operation of law-ruling , whose ultimate goal is to achieve justice of both distribution and lawsuit. |
