基于改进PSO算法的电力系统无功优化

摘    要:介绍了PSO算法,结合电力系统无功优化问题的实际情况,针对其存在的易陷入局部最优点的缺点,提出了改进的PSO算法。该算法改变了初始化方法和粒子更新方法,在算法后期引入变异因子,并将问题分解成子问题进行处理。在IEEE-14节点系统的仿真计算中,改进PSO算法与其他人工智能算法相比,在较短时间内取得了更好的优化效果。

Abstract:A brief introduction to the principles of PSO is given and aiming at the shortcoming of PSO algorithm that is easily plunging into the local minmmum,an improved PSO is put forword according to the practice of VAR optimization in power system.In the improved PSO a new initialization and different method to update particles are used,the mutation operator is led in and the problem to be solved is divided into sub-problems.Applying the improved PSO to the calculation of IEEE 14-node system,the calculation results show that the optimization effect by the improved PSO is better than other artificial intelligent algorithms.
