基于ANSYS线圈发射器驱动线圈电磁场分析

摘    要:感应线圈发射器是一种优秀的电磁发射器,利用电磁力将射弹发射到超高速,其发射原理类似于直线电机。因此,对于驱动线圈的磁场分析是必要的。主要基于ANSYS仿真环境,建立了感应线圈发射器平板螺旋状驱动线圈的3-D有限元模型。利用单元棱边法对驱动线圈进行了分析,给出了磁场分布状况。理论分析与仿真结果相一致。最后,在所建立的模型上对磁场强度进行分析,所获得的结果对进一步提高驱动线圈的驱动力起到了参考作用。

Abstract:The response coil launcher is one kind of zorch electromagnetism launcher, and using the electromagnetism energetically to launch the projectile to the hypervelocity, it is similar to the linear electric machine that his launches the principle. Therefore the magnetic field analysis as for the drive coil is necessary. Chiefly based on ANSYS's simulation environment, and built the limited unit model of 3-D of dull and stereotyped twist drive coil of response coil launcher. Use that the law on unit arris side has been in progress the analysis to the drive coil, and gave out the distribution condition in magnetic field. Theory analysis and the simulation result are each other consistent. Finally, analysing to the magnetic field intensity on the model built, the result that gains is raised that the drive of drive coil energetically acts the reference effect to further.
